Please note that all the purchases done on our website are non-returnable & non-refundable.
1. We offer an Exchange as per our Exchange policy to all our customers in India. Exchanges can be performed only once on each order id.
2. Exchanges can be performed on all Ready-made outfits and unstitched garments. No exchange requests are accepted on custom stitched orders.
3. Customers can exchange with different size in the same outfit or can choose to exchange with any other outfit of same or more price from our “Ready to Ship” category only.
4. Customers can request for exchanges within the first 48 hours of the delivery. No exchange requests will be accepted post 48 hours period.
5. To perform an exchange, customers have to write us an email on support@shezoned.com and mention the Order ID and the reason for exchange. Our internal team will investigate and contact the customer via email with further details and procedure in 24 working hours SLA.
6. Please note that the customers have to bare the to-and-fro shipping charges for all the exchanges performed. The customer has to arrange the reverse shipping on their own.
7. Please make sure that you maintain the labels, tags and the original packing along the outfit to perform any kind of exchanges. Also, the product should be unused and unwashed.
8. Any kind of free products sent along are non-exchangeable.
9. If in any case you receive a defective product, then we would need a parcel opening video on the same delivery day itself. You can email us the video on support@shezoned.com. Please note that the finishing on the inner side of outfit will not be considered as a defect.
10. No exchanges done on Exclusive and Night Wear category.
11. No Returns and Exchanges accepted on International orders. International customers can write us on support@shezoned.com for any concerns.
