Are Returns and Exchanges accepted for orders placed in India?
Yes, returns are accepted for orders placed in India.
Are Returns and Exchanges accepted for orders placed outside India?
Any kind of Returns and Exchanges is not performed or accepted for orders outside India. We recommend to choose the perfect outfit with perfect sizes for yourself. Please refer to our size guide before choosing your stitching option and before placing an order.
What am I eligible to Return?
1. You can choose to return if you have received any damaged or defected piece.
2. You can choose to return if you have a change of mind.
3. Any Prepaid orders can be returned.
4. Unstitched or Semi-stitched orders can be returned.
What am I not eligible to Return?
1. COD orders cannot be Returned.
2. Stitched orders cannot be returned as it is stitched as per your body measurements.
3. Any outfit purchsed from Sale category cannot be returned.
4. Any outfit which is used, worn, washed and without it’s labels and tags cannot be returned.
5. You cannot return if you have crossed the returns period.
What am I eligible to Exchange?
1. To maintain a win-win situation, we allow exchanges on some products.
2. Orders with readymade sizes can be exchanged. But, for a hasle-free shopping experience, we sincerely request you to go through the size guide before placing an order.
3. Any In-transit damage or products with manufacturing defect can be exchanged.
4. You can choose to exchange the outfits on Unstiched or semi-stitched orders.
What am I not eligible to Exchange?
1. COD orders cannot be exchanged.
2. Any outfit which is used, worn, washed and without it’s labels and tags
cannot be exchanged.
3. Stitched orders cannot be exchanged as it is stitched as per your body
4. Any outfit purchsed from Sale category cannot be exchanged.
5. Any damage done to the fabric at your end cannot be exchanged.
By when can I place a request for Return or Exchange?
Please note that you can place a request for return or exchange only within the first 2 days of the delivery. Any kind of return or excahnge requests post 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
How can I place a request for Return or Exchange?
Placing a request for return or exchange is very easy. All you need to do is inform us within 48 hours of the delivery. You can inform us by dropping an email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that any verbal conversation with customer support over call will not be considered as a return or exchange request. You will have to drop us an email regarding your request so that we can thoroughly investigate further.
Are there any kind of charges involved in Returns and Exchanges?
Yes, if the customer has a change of mind or does not wish to keep the outfit or has an issue with size, then, the customer has to bare the reverse shipping charges for returning or exchanging the product. However, if there is a genuine concern with the product like manufacturing defect or in-transit damage or wrong product received, then, we can thoroughly investigate the situation and allow the returns or exchanges free of cost.
In case of successful returns, how do I get my refund?
We provide full support from our end in every process of shopping. If in case the customer is returning the product, then, the customer has to pack and ship the parcel safely back to us. Once the parcel is received at our end, we initiate the refund process. The amount will take 8 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Why Returns and Exchanges are not accepted on COD orders?
Returns and Exchnages on COD orders are not accepted because of the process of COD. On COD orders, the cash payment done by the customer takes 10 to 15 days to reflect in our company’s bank account. Where as the returns and exchanges time period is only for 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Why Returns and Exhanges are not accepted on Stitched orders?
Most of our outfits are unstitched or semi-stitched. So, if the customer opts for stitched option, we then stitch the outfit as per customer’s body measurements. And since it is stitched as per your body measurements, we cannot perform any kind of return or exchange on them.
