We ship and deliver all our products in every country of the world. All you need to do is choose your country and mention your right delivery address while placing your order.
What are the charges for shipping in India?
Shipping in India is absolutely free and there are no hidden charges during checkout for shipping anywhere in India.
Is COD available in India?
YES, COD is available in India on all Pin Codes. Just choose COD option during checkout while placing your order.
What are the charges for shipping to countries other than India?
We are a proud participant of Make in India and we deliver our products in every part of the world. Customers outside India, have to bare a minimal shipping cost for express delivery. The shipping amount varies as per the country you are in and the overall weight of the parcel. You can see the shipping charges during checkout.
Are there any taxes in India?
We wish to keep our pricing transparent and equal for all customers across the world as we follow the Best Price Guarantee policy. All the prices shown on each product is exclusive of GST. The customers in India will have to pay for GST which goes to the government only. The GST charges are shown during checkout.
Do I need to pay for any duties in my country?
Customers outside India may have to pay duty charges if any. All your parcels are sent with a commercial value and with all custom clearances from our end. However, If the government of your country is charging any duty tax on the goods and parcels, then, the customer has to bear the charges for that at their end.
How much time will it take for delivery in India?
We follow the fastest door delivery Policy. Our delivery in India may take around 8 to 12 working days. However, if there is a delay due to any uncertain situation, then, the customer will be informed from our end.
How much time will it take for delivery in countries other than India?
As mentioned above, we follow fastest door delivery policy and we strive hard to deliver our parcel before time and bring a smile on customer’s face. Our delivery for countries other than India may take around 14 to 18 working days. However, if there is a delay due to any uncertain situation, then, the customer will be informed from our end.
How will I know if my order is confirmed or not?
You will receive a confirmation mail on your registered email address. The confirmation mail will include the products you shop for, the total amount and the mode of payment.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order placement. Please note that cancellation of order is possible only on COD orders. Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
How can I track my order?
Once we process and dispatch your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number/AWB. You can go to Track My Order link on our website and enter your tracking number. You will easily be able to track the status of your order.
Is my parcel insured?
All your parcels are insured from our end and you do not need to worry about it. The In-transit safety is taken care by SHEzoned. If in any case you receive a damaged parcel on arrival, then, you can choose to refuse it and ask the courier person to take it back. Also, we request you to inform us regarding the same so that we can take immediate actions.
